  • Starting off with some H&M-ready house.
• e5 & Haraguchi Sasuke / Jigoku-sensei
  • Electropop number for Avyss magazine. Producer Haraguchi Sasuke shows unusual restraint here but lots of neat oddities still litter the track.
• Hoshimachi Suisei / Deadpool ★
  • Produced by Haruno, and as expected you get light house with a very 2020s j-pop minor-key melody.
• Regallily / Star, Freckle, Diamond
  • This song goes through all the uplifting pop rock tropes but is saved by the singalong outro.
• CLW / 9608 ★ (CW: motion sickness)
  • Fuzzed out shoegaze to dissociate to.
• Mae Martin / Stowaway
  • #CanCon folk pop.
• Accusefive / Heroic ★
  • This is probably my favourite Accusefive song since “Night Life”. Lyrically it’s very different but musically it has a lot of the same themes.
• Lovely Summer Chan / (Song for Walking) Out of the Woods
  • This has all the vibes of a 2000s Japanese movie ending theme — slow, meandering rock-inspired pop with a heavy beat, with some orchestral arrangement thrown in.
